As a Senior Market and Product Expansion Associate in the Commercial Bank, you will contribute significantly to your team's success and help build out market insights and product strategies.

You will work across the organization, build critical relationships, and prepare the products to go to market.

Job responsibilities



* Supports the team to evaluate market trends, competitor strategies, and client behavior


* Develops a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively tailor collateral to specific markets


* Identify and respond to complex cases when it is unclear whether a product meets market requirements


* Contributes to identifying inefficiencies for product improvements and implementing process changes


* Builds and maintains working relationships with stakeholders across distinct functions including Sales, Product, and Commercialization teams.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills



* 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise working in Product, Technology, or Project Management


* Developing knowledge of product, strategy, and sales


* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
