Bergstrom Automotive Headquarters - North (Industry Ct, Green Bay)

WHAT YOU'LL DO



* Processes warranty claims on a timely basis for each franchise or distributor.  


* Closes and processes repair orders for warranty and extended warranty services. 


* Inputs all warranty claims, warranty credit memos, warranty journal entries and payroll summaries into the computer. 


* Accurately creates and sends reports on a weekly basis. 


* Verifies criteria required by factory or distributor. 


* Reconciles all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule. 


* Resubmits all rejected claims promptly or receives authorization to write them off.


* Follows up on payment of outstanding claims, keeping schedules current and under 30 days and less. 


* Keeps informed of all factory recalls and bulletins. 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a one hour lunch.

Additional overtime hours may be required the final business day of the month.
Hourly pay based on experience.
