Alhambra Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and motivated Dietary Manager to oversee our food service department and ensure residents receive nutritious, well-balanced meals every day.

Responsibilities


* Plan, coordinate, and oversee preparation and service of meals in compliance with dietary regulations.


* Manage and train dietary staff; create schedules and ensure quality service.


* Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in kitchen and dining areas.


* Collaborate with nursing and clinical teams to accommodate special diets.


* Monitor inventory, order food and supplies, and manage department budgets.

Qualifications


* Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) preferred, or equivalent supervisory experience in a healthcare kitchen.


* Knowledge of Title 22 and CDPH regulations highly desirable.


* Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.


* Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.
