This position will define the vision, set priorities, and oversee the development and deployment of new technical features and enhancements for our products, ensuring successful delivery and realization of value at the squad level.

Serve as the primary JJT partner for the Site Leadership Team (SLT), with accountability for manufacturing site, ensuring seamless integration, operational stability, and the implementation of innovative digital transformation solutions aligned with business objectives.

Managing the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for site JJT operations and providing input on portfolio and investment prioritization.

In partnership with J&J Technology and Business Leaders, identifying and prioritizing solutions and leading their consistent implementation across Vision Care.
