Job Description:

We are looking for a Full Stack AI Engineering & Architecture Manager in Sao Jose dos Campos

Purpose: Drive the solution engineering & architecture and delivery of regional-grade, AI-enabled full-stack solutions.

This role combines strategic oversight with technical leadership, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant architectures that leverage modern web technologies and emerging AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities



* Define and execute the architecture roadmap for full-stack and AI-driven applications.


* Design reference architectures, reusable frameworks, and integration patterns for cloud-native deployments (AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, IaC).


* Be responsible for solution design to meet functional and non-functional requirements: scalability, security, compliance, and audit readiness.


* Guide implementation of LLM-powered features, generative AI, and automation frameworks.


* Lead engineering squads: review architecture/design, and mentor on best practices.


* Ensure operational excellence through CI/CD, DevOps automation, and observability.

Qualifications



* Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred.


* 8+ years in software engineering, including architecture and leadership experience.


* Expertise in solution architecture for full-stack systems: React, Node.js/Python, relational/NoSQL databases.


* Expertise in Cloud and DevOps: AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation).


* Experience with AI/LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph) and emerging technologies.


* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
