In this role, the Business Unit Manager will lead a team of other Managers, Supervisors, and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, driving performance management and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The Business Unit Manager will develop, execute, or direct tactical and operational plans for the Manufacturing Assembly team, aligning efforts with organizational objectives and business goals.

The Business Unit Manager is responsible for managing direct reports and production personnel to maximize quality and output in a manufacturing operation and is accountable for achieving production targets while maintaining cost controls.

The Business Unit Manager will be responsible for resource allocation across manufacturing, materials, facilities, distribution, engineering, and maintenance to ensure seamless, cost-effective, and compliant production processes.

Serving as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, the Business Unit Manager will direct strategic initiatives and ensure all operations support the forecasted product demand and inventory targets.

This position manages all manufacturing activities within the Manufacturing Value Stream organization, producing biomaterial components for medical devices.

The Business Unit Manager will lead the production process to meet global schedules while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
