We are searching for the best talent for a Global Marketing Manager, VELYS Robotic-Assisted Solution (Knee) to ideally be located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL however Boston, MA, Warsaw, IN, other US DePuy Synthes and remote may be considered.

Purpose: 
Lead the technological transition in robotic surgery by developing and executing the global strategy for advanced software and hardware solutions in the VELYS Knee portfolio.

Reporting to the Downstream Global Senior Marketing Manager, you will drive innovation through collaboration with R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams, while engaging with surgeon customers—both current and competitive—to inform downstream execution and business results.

This dynamic role involves identifying future portfolio needs, working across regional markets to maintain competitive leadership, and adapting to market trends in a fast-paced environment.

Success requires an entrepreneurial spirit, an adaptable mindset, and a passion for advancing minimally invasive solutions in orthopedic surgery.
