Johnson & Johnson MedTech Neurovascular (US) is seeking a strategic, results-driven Manager for the Future Leaders program.
This role reports to the Sr.
Manager, Professional Education and collaborates with Sales Leadership, cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs), and Fellowship Program Directors to design, execute, and evaluate Fellows’ training initiatives.
You will help position JNJ MedTech Neurovascular as the industry leader in clinical performance, knowledge dissemination, and training excellence.
Job Summary:
The Manager-Future Leaders will govern the end-to-end education lifecycle for Neurovascular fellows in the US, including program design, content development, delivery, assessment, and continuous improvement.
The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and a data-driven approach to optimize training impact on clinical performance and sales outcomes.
