For this, we need you in our team at the Neuss location, between the Rhine metropolises of Cologne and Düsseldorf.

To strengthen our Business Technology Team, we are looking for a Master Student (m/f/d) to write his/her thesis with us on the topic of "Assessing Business Case Opportunities for an AI-driven Customer Service Center", starting from January 1.

In this 50% position, you will create and assess various business case scenarios for the creation of an AI-enabled and AI-driven customer service center, assess pro and con of these scenarios including different vendors for conversational AI capabilities, and conclude with implementation options.

For this theses, a team of cross-functional experts is available to support you.

Qualifications What you bring:


* You are passionate about AI and how conversational AI will drastically transform our interactions in a customer service context.


* You are a student at a university with a focus on business administration and technology and can bridge the gap between tech and business


* You have analytical understanding and the ability to see the big picture without losing sight of details.


* You work independently, conscientiously, and drive your own priorities forward.


* You can set priorities and efficiently structure your own area of responsibility.


* You are creative and proactively contribute new ideas.


* You can speak and write English fluently and are willing to travel to our European HQ in Belgium if needed
