Summary:

The Maintenance Specialist is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring the reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement at the Raritan site.

This position involves supporting validation and qualification activities for new projects, developing and executing maintenance strategies, and supporting capital projects.

The role requires a proactive approach to asset performance monitoring, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to optimize operational efficiency while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

The incumbent will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, support audits, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement, all in alignment with Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
