In this role, you will:

Responsibilities


* A Product Development Manager role is open within Baby and Child Care Enterprise Market (EM) organization at Kimberly-Clark to manage and oversee the product & technology development for Baby and Child Care (BCC).


* The role will champion the product development of BCC brands/products with focus on pants to grow and win in EM markets and deliver growth and profitable business contribution across the BCC portfolio.

The role leads and manages a team of 5 product developers to deliver and implement product solutions to meet our innovation strategy.

The role will supervise the product & portfolio development across our manufacturing sites/markets and acts as key driver to establish profitable, consumer preferred solutions and progressive external manufacturing business models.


* The role will ensure that the multi-functional Brand teams have the innovation stimulus, product and project clarity, necessary to ensure delivery of the EM strategic growth plan.


* The role will report to the Product Development Leader BCC for Enterprise Markets


* As a person you will provide Research & Development leadership on the assigned innovation projects, leading product development and phases of the development project to ensure consumer & technical qualification is completed and ultimately delivered on time across region.

You will lead the development and deployment of the 3yr Product innovation plan in partnership with Regional Marketing / Engineering teams to support Strategic Business Plans.


* Influencing & partnering with a regional multi-functional team to develop innovative plans that are scalable & consistent with our product strategies while delivering against local, business unit needs will be a key requirement.

You will need to establish a close partnership with IPC team members to be aware of consumer & technology opportunities and use this to properly transfer projects & populate our commercial innovation plans.

And will act as a key role with Kimberly-Clark and external partners to assess technical capabilities of third-party suppliers and recommend strategies to deliver innovation and investment in alignment to growth plans.
