We are searching for the best talent for SENIOR TRAINING LEADER to be in Ciudad Juarez.

Purpose:

The Senior Training Leader (SME) reports directly to the Senior Training Manager.

As a subject matter expert, the Senior Training Leader will be responsible for defining the training strategy for the development of different training structures and mid-level management.

The Senior Training Leader will also develop training plans and programs with a strong focus on measuring effectiveness and on compliance with all local, national, and international regulations applicable to the medical industry.

This position will also be key in supporting Change Management strategies for organizational development.

You will be responsible for:


* Define the Training Strategy that supports the enhancement of the Onboarding, Training and Certification Process, this means:
+ Introduce training methodologies that support the training system.
+ Suggest improvements to the current procedures and tools of the training processes.


* Develop the current training structure and trainer’s network.
