Purpose:

In that role you will be responsible for growing and development of surgery products & digital solutions with JnJ MedTech EndoMech & Energy portfolio to new and established hospital accounts to accomplish sales objectives and greater market penetration.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with key surgeons, operating room teams, hospital procurement, and clinical and non-clinical departments.

You’ll combine clinical excellence with strategic account management to deliver value, improve patient outcomes, and meet or exceed sales targets.

This is a field-based leadership role that requires clinical credibility, business acumen, and a passion for cooperation with healthcare professionals.
