Financial Reporting Accountant - Evernorth - Hybrid

Responsibilities


* Lead financial reporting initiatives that ensure timely, accurate, and insightful information for decision-making.


* Drive compliance and consistency in accounting practices to strengthen organizational integrity and transparency.


* Collaborate across teams to deliver quarterly SEC reports and audited standalone financial statements.


* Provide strategic analysis and recommendations that influence business performance and growth.


* Champion process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications


* 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting or financial reporting.


* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

CPA or MBA preferred.


* Experience in public accounting preferred.


* Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.


* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.


* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.


* Ability to work collaboratively across departments to resolve complex issues.
