We are searching for the best talent for Market Access Manager.

Leads pricing and reimbursement (P&R) strategies for new drugs and indications, while managing post-launch price events and shaping the market environment through stakeholder engagement.

Partners cross-functionally to align business strategy, support prelaunch readiness, and develop compelling value stories tailored to diverse stakeholders.

Ensures optimal market access by adapting value propositions to local needs, supported by health economics, epidemiology, and policy insights.

 

Role Responsibilities



* Lead P&R project for new drug/new indication pricing


* Manage post-launch price events (PV, price changes due to generics etc.)


* Lead environment shaping and stakeholder engagement


* Align business strategy as a business partner with cross-functional team


* Work closely with CFT on prelaunch readiness plans for newly launched brands & to establish value of portfolio


* Creating new value stories for innovative brands to communicate value with different stakeholders (Payer, Patient, Pharmacist & Physician) and related PE models


* Optimize the perceived value of new products/pipeline in Market across disease Areas, through specific pricing & Market Access plans 


* Work closely with CFT on prelaunch readiness plans for newly launched brands & to establish value of portfolio


* Maintain an updated knowledge of healthcare policy, economic and HTA environment


* Adapted value proposition based on local unmet need and substantiated by epidemiology data medico-economic benefit, demonstrating data from local epidemiological analysis and health outcome studies when appropriate
