As a Registered Nurse at Marysville Post Acute, you'll play a key leadership role in delivering and overseeing quality resident care.

Your responsibilities include:


* Supervising day-to-day nursing activities and ensuring care standards are met


* Supporting and guiding LVNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff


* Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately


* Monitoring residents' conditions and communicating changes to the care team and families


* Ensuring proper documentation and compliance with all regulations and facility policies


* Collaborating with physicians, residents, and families to develop and follow individualized care plans
