Responsibilities


* Deliver safe, effective nursing care to residents


* Administer medications and treatments as ordered


* Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the interdisciplinary team


* Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and other care team members


* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance


* Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and families

Qualifications


* Active California LVN license required


* Current CPR certification


* Excellent communication and teamwork skills


* Previous experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care preferred, but new grads welcome
