✨ What You'll Do:


* Provide patient treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist and physician care plans.


* Document daily treatment notes and progress updates per PT Board requirements.


* Assist with patient care conferences and collaborate with the care team.


* Train Restorative Aides and support family/caregiver education.


* Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment while ensuring equipment is in good working order.


* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to support quality care.
