In this role, you will:


* Build and deploy a comprehensive strategy to meet K-C’s voluntary and mandatory reporting needs, per relevant reporting standards and guidelines, including an ESG reporting roadmap. 


* Translate the sustainability reporting/disclosures strategy in into project plans and initiatives, ensure clear accountabilities and delivery of results.


* Lead end-to-end development of annual Sustainability Report, leveraging other corporate publications, regulatory filings and various sustainability communications.


* Ensure compliance with regional/country regulatory reporting requirements (e.g.

EU CSRD, other ISSB activations).


* Manage ESG ratings and rankings performance through a standardized process, analyzing performance trends and driving improvements in alignment with relevant functional teams.


* Ensure timely and accurate responses to stakeholder inquiries, surveys and questionnaires.


* Partner with Communications and Sustainability teams to advance internal and external communications to engage and activate key stakeholders.


* Engage, align and lead cross functional teams of all parts and levels of the organization, to meet reporting and disclosure requirements.
