Job Summary:
As we continue to scale one of the fastest growing apparel brands, we are seeking a Junior Recruiter to support the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly and entry-level positions within our manufacturing operations.
This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to identify and attract the best talent in Vermont.
Starting pay is $62,000 to $65,000 annually, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the end-to-end recruiting process for production, warehouse, and skilled trade positions.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
* Create and post job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract qualified applicants.
* Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and community outreach.
* Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Communicate professionally with all candidates to ensure a positive experience.
* Assist with onboarding activities, including new hire paperwork and orientation coordination.
* Track key recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
* Participate in job fairs and local recruiting events as needed.
Qualifications:
* 1–2 years experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruiting in manufacturing or hourly hiring preferred.
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with applicant tracking systems
* Team-oriented, professional, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and compliance
* Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring, recruitment, and HR
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence others
* Work well under tight timelines and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
