Location: Colonial Vista Post Acute - Wenatchee, WA
Wage: DOE - $36-$43/hour

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate resident care plans to ensure individualized, high-quality nursing services.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to promote the best outcomes.
• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
• Participate in assessments, documentation, and care conferences.
• Serve as a resource and mentor for nursing team members.

Qualifications:
• Current LPN or RN license in the state of Washington.
• Experience in long-term care or post-acute settings preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and assessment skills.
• Commitment to resident-centered care and team collaboration.
