As a Legal Oversight and Control team member in Legal Operations, you will cross-train in business resiliency, access control, and reporting programs to support Legal's global platform.

You will primarily support resiliency initiatives, while also contributing to controls and reporting functions across Legal's global platform.

You will help us maintain high standards in quality control, documentation, and automation, ensuring our processes meet firmwide requirements.

* Implement and maintain resiliency policies, standards, and programs for Legal teams


* Ensure compliance with content and renewal requirements for resiliency documentation


* Communicate policy and system changes, providing support to stakeholders


* Lead, plan, and report on resiliency testing and quality reviews


* Prepare regular reports and metrics for the resiliency team


* Collaborate across business lines, corporate functions, and resiliency domains


* Advise stakeholders on resiliency risk management and program improvements


* Manage incident communications, analysis, and rapid recovery of business services


* Document and support return-to-business-as-usual strategies


* Investigate issues, conduct root cause analysis, and drive solutions for improvement
