We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Visualization Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-grade dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.

This role requires deep expertise in DAX coding, data modeling, and visualization best practices to transform complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is a people leader deeply invested in fostering robust relationships with stakeholders and empowering our team.

This person thrives on collaboration and guiding teams with a hands-on, empathetic approach, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.

With a passion for data-driven solutions, this leader will oversee the integration of Snowflake and advanced reporting and self-service technologies, enhancing our capabilities to connect with and serve our clients effectively.

In this role, you will:


* Architect and implement scalable Business Intelligence Visualization solutions that meet business requirements and performance standards.


* Design and develop advanced DAX measures and calculated columns to support complex analytical needs.


* Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business users to understand data sources and reporting requirements.


* Establish and enforce visualization standards, governance, and best practices across the organization.


* Optimize Power BI datasets and reports for performance, usability, and scalability.


* Lead the migration of legacy reports to Power BI, ensuring data integrity and improved user experience.


* Mentor and guide junior developers and analysts on Power BI and DAX techniques.


* Stay current with Power BI updates, features, and industry trends to continuously improve reporting capabilities.
