Key Responsibilities


* Perform routine cleaning and janitorial duties throughout the facility: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms, hallways, resident rooms, staff areas, and common spaces.


* Sanitize high-touch surfaces and maintain hygiene standards to support a health-care environment.


* Empty trash and recycling receptacles, replace liners, clean trash collection areas.


* Restock cleaning supplies, monitor supply inventory, and notify management of any supply or equipment needs.


* Report maintenance or safety issues (e.g., broken fixtures, leaks, equipment problems) to ensure resident and staff safety.


* Follow established cleaning schedules, health & safety protocols, and facility policies to maintain order and cleanliness.

Required Qualifications


* High school diploma or equivalent preferred (but not always required).


* Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision while following directions.


* Ability to perform physical tasks: standing, walking, bending, lifting up to moderate weight, and being on your feet for extended periods.


* Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining cleanliness standards in a skilled-nursing/rehabilitation context.


* Ability to work full time in Anderson, CA and adapt to scheduled shifts as needed.


* Background check and drug screen may be part of the hiring process (common in health-care facility roles).
