Salary £32,000 per annum plus 34 days leave and health cash plan

Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw) or part time available

What you’ll do


* Build strong relationships with customers and local partners


* Manage estates, tackle antisocial behaviour and respond to complaints


* Carry out safety checks and inspections across our buildings


* Support lettings and voids, working with local authorities


* Help customers feel heard, respected and part of their community

You have…


* Experience in housing management or similar customer-facing role


* Knowledge of housing law and universal credit, or a willingness to learn


* A positive, proactive attitude and strong organisational skills


* Confidence working with external partners and stakeholders


* A passion for great customer service and community impact

Practical bits


* You’ll work Monday to Friday with occasional evenings to meet customers.


* You’ll manage your own diary.


* You need a vehicle insured for business use, and we pay your mileage.


* You need an Enhanced with barring list DBS check that we pay for.
