We are currently seeking a hard-working and experienced Manufacturing Manager to join our DePuy Synthes Orthopaedics team in Raynham, MA.

Key Responsibilities:


* Lead and develop a team of manufacturing professionals to achieve production targets and quality standards.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of production plans with business goals and objectives.


* Monitor manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce waste.


* Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.


* Develop and implement training programs to develop manufacturing personnel.


* Oversee production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.


* Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Education:


* Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.

Experience and Skills:

Required:


* A minimum of eight years professional experience


* Ability to build interdependent partnering relationships that facilitate the accomplishment of Operation’s goals/objectives.


* Basic project management skills.


* Solid understanding of Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.


* Ability to be based on site and support up to 10% domestic and international travel.
