About the Role

Join us as an Operating Supervisor, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our Anode facility.

This leadership position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence and team development.

Key Responsibilities:


* Coordinate production schedules and manage competing priorities to meet business objectives.


* Lead and support crews in production, maintenance, quality, safety, and performance.


* Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.


* Facilitate crew development through coaching, training, and performance feedback.


* Conduct regular forums to share information and assess team progress.


* Provide technical leadership, root cause analysis, and process control oversight.


* Ensure compliance with customer and supplier standards and maintain quality systems.
