Responsibilities


* Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and charts.


* Assist nursing staff with clerical duties and documentation.


* Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide excellent customer service.


* Coordinate communication between departments as needed.


* Perform data entry and filing in accordance with facility policies and privacy standards.

Qualifications


* Previous experience as a ward clerk or in a clerical/administrative role preferred.


* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


* Excellent communication and attention to detail.


* Experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting a plus.


* Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, EMR systems).
