Your Day to Day

As Breakfast Team Leader, you’ll take the lead in delivering a seamless, high-quality breakfast experience in our luxury setting.

You’ll support the team on the floor, oversee the morning service, and ensure our guests are welcomed with warmth, efficiency, and a smile.

We are looking for someone who can commit to shifts starting between 6.00am/8.00am until around 2.00pm each day, 32 hours per week, does this sound like you?

Your responsibilities will include:


* Leading the breakfast team to deliver Forbes 5-star service standards


* Ensuring smooth and efficient buffet and à la carte service each morning


* Coaching and motivating your team to consistently exceed guest expectations


* Supporting the management team with daily operations, setup, and breakdown


* Handling guest feedback and resolving issues promptly and professionally


* Maintaining high standards of hygiene, presentation, and attention to detail

What we’re looking for


* Experience in a restaurant, breakfast, or F&B leadership role—ideally in a luxury hotel environment


* A hands-on, proactive leader with a genuine passion for guest service


* Strong communication and organisational skills


* A natural motivator who brings out the best in people


* Someone who thrives in early shifts and fast-paced environments


* A flexible, team-oriented approach to work
