Systems Analyst - Environment Support (Operations Testing)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Systems Analyst to join our Environment Support team within the Operations Testing department.

Key Responsibilities:

* Document processes, solutions, and communications clearly and effectively.

Client-Facing & Presentation Responsibilities:


* Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external clients, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.


* Present technical solutions, project updates, and business insights to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.


* Facilitate meetings, demos, and walkthroughs to communicate system functionality and project progress.


* Tailor presentations to suit both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and engagement.

Qualifications:


* • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).


* • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.


* • Strong proficiency in delivering enterprise-level applications.


* • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Experience with SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.


* Prior experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare-related systems.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 103,700 - 172,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
