What You'll Do:


* Provide direct nursing care and supervise daily nursing activities of CNAs.


* Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.


* Monitor residents' health, document care accurately, and report changes promptly.


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure personalized care plans are followed.


* Support residents and families with compassion, professionalism, and respect.


* Maintain safety, infection control, and quality standards in every aspect of care.

What We're Looking For:


* A current and active California LVN license in good standing.


* Strong clinical and communication skills.


* A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for senior care.


* Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred (but not required!).
