Pay: $62,400 annually

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Full-Time position is eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability, Life/Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Flexible Spending Accounts, Long Term Disability, and several voluntary supplemental benefit offerings.  In addition, these positions are eligible for paid time off in the form of vacation, sick, holiday, floating holiday, jury duty, and bereavement leave.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Manager II, Employment Support provides support to the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Employment Programs both in the Denver and Colorado Springs areas.

This includes Supported Employment, Employment Transitions, and AbilityOne Case Management programs, while ensuring the needs of the clients are being met in order to maximize their fullest potential in their living environment and in the community.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

 Staff Supervision and Support:


* The Program Manager will ensure that all staff are present for work and accountable for all job duties.

The incumbent will provide staff assistance with problems and conflicts concerning the funding agencies, parents, guardians, or clients and when necessary, the Program Manager will also provide conflict resolution.

The incumbent must have the ability to motivate the members of the team and support their development through appropriate and effective supervision and guidance.

The incumbent is responsible for ensuring all appropriate paperwork for CARF and funding agencies are turned in on time to meet established due dates.

The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring staffing coverage is appropriate by managing vacation requests, timecards etc.

The incumbent will seek ways to promote and reward individual and program success.

The incumbent must work to create an environment of “teamwork and trust” throughout the programs.

The Program Manager is responsible for completing written performance evaluations at 90 days and annual reviews providing timely feedback and guidance for performance development.

The incumbent will be responsible for supervising staff at both Denver and Colorado Springs locations.

They will ensure that they are physically present at both locations, with a set schedule created by their supervisor.

They will ensure that coverage is handled while they are between each of the required sites.
