Position Overview: As a CSCO Co-Op (Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine) – you'll support Johnson & Johnson's CSCO organization, with a focus on supporting all of CSCO’s functional work groups, including but not limited to; Customer Support Services, Reverse Distribution, Revenue, ect.

You'll leverage data-driven insights to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer and patient outcomes.

You’ll work closely with teams across commercial, logistics, and customer service functions, playing a critical role in process improvement, strategic analytics, and project leadership.

Core Responsibilities:



* Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements using advanced Excel skills (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Macros).

Lead at least one high-impact project utilizing LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies to optimize pharmaceutical processes.


* Manage relationships with targeted customers and/or internal partners, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Develop, implement, and monitor supply chain initiatives to enhance the end-to-end customer experience.


* Generate detailed reports and dashboards to inform decision-making, including weekly pharmaceutical supply chain reports, ad hoc analytics, and KPI tracking using Excel and visualization tools such as Power BI.


* Collaborate with internal teams on business process improvements and projects aligned with strategic objectives for 2026.
