Fanatic Assistant

Responsible for supporting the Associate Dealer Program (ADP) encompassing over 20,000 dealers.

This role focuses heavily on providing phone and email support to ADP Distributor Administrators, as well as the FAST and Account Management teams, to ensure all program-related inquiries and issues are resolved accurately and promptly.

Duties include processing new dealer enrollments, re-signs, and distributor change requests, along with monitoring quarterly rewards, ACH/check transaction activity, and addressing any returns or rejections in a timely manner.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining the Associate Dealer Program’s dealer locator, providing phone support for rebate inquiries, tracking promotions, and generating reports as needed.

This position also assists the department administrator and management with daily marketing program operations, offering back-up support for enrollments, re-signs, and SPIFF activities when necessary.

Essential Job Functions


* Provide responsive phone and email support to Distributor Administrators, Sales, and Associate Dealers.


* Support Falken Account Managers (AMs) and the FAST Team regarding ADP-related matters.


* Manage quarterly ADP payout rewards and monitor returned fund activity.


* Maintain and update PCR/TBR website dealer locator listings.


* Manage Outlook inboxes related to the Associate Dealer Program.


* Ensure accuracy of historical dealer records and maintain dealer profiles (Dealer Report).


* Perform miscellaneous ADP and dealer maintenance tasks as assigned.

Work Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in a corporate environment involving interdepartmental collaboration, report creation, data entry, and customer interaction.

Education/Training:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that enables successful performance of essential job duties.

Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, deadline-driven, and capable of motivating others.

Position may require up to 15% or more travel via air and ground transportation.

Physical Demands:
Ability to stand, sit, move, stoop, crouch, and perform repetitive finger movements for extended periods.

Must have normal hearing and speech capabilities.

May involve walking on level surfaces, reaching above shoulders and below waist, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Must be capable of participating in outdoor events in challenging environments, including off-road desert and mountainous terrain.

Work Environment:
Work includes routine travel to various locations, such as offices, motorsport and entertainment venues, restaurants, and sports environments.

Employees may encounter outdoor conditions and inclement weather depending on customer site locations.
