We are searching for the best talent for J&J Technology XENA Software Engineering Off Cycle Co-Op – March to September 2026

Purpose:

Our J&J Technology Co-op Program is comprehensive learning and professional experience in the technology space at one of the world’s leading health care companies.

Your application and area of interest will be used to determine which one of our many exciting positions best fits you.

Co-op positions are full-time opportunities expecting to last from March 30th, 2026 – September 18th, 2026.

This program also works as a feeder pool for our Technology Leadership Development Program (TLDP) for full-time employment upon completion of your degree.

If you are selected for a co-op position, you will work directly with your manager as your start date approaches to confirm your exact schedule.

As a J&J XENA Software Engineer Co-Op join our XENA Developer Experience team.

A successful candidate will support our XENA platform, with a strong focus on engineering solutions such as the Hosted VSCode IDE, contributing to our XENA CLI & SDK, and GenAI related platform and codebases.

Responsibilities: 


* Assist in engineering of a Hosted VSCode IDE based solution.
