Textiles Production Associate - New Brighton Store!

Important to know:
* New Hires will report to our Broomfield Store located at 4775 West 121st Avenue, Broomfield, CO 80020 for their first day onboarding/New Employee Orientation.
* Training may take place at another of our Goodwill Stores in the North Metro area.
* Once the store opens, the initial weeks will focus on preparing the store for its grand opening, including tasks such as cleaning, assembling rounders, and setting up racks, etc.
Our Retail Centers are open 9:00 a.m.
to 9:00 p.m.
Mondays through Saturdays and 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Sundays.
Pay: $16.15 Hr.
Your pay could increase based on the amount of textiles you can produce each hour.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Associate I, Textiles Production will primarily work in a production environment sorting, hanging, pricing, and tagging donated textiles while following company quality standards and guidelines to determine which items will be placed on the sales floor to be sold.
The Associate may occasionally be in contact with customers and expected to be responsive in communication and provide excellent customer service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Sort donated textiles by season, color, and quality of product.
* Inspect textiles to ensure the product is in good saleable condition (buttons, zippers, etc.)
* Hang, size, and price, tag, and prepare textile items to be sold by loading them on Z-racks.
* Make decisions to price according to Goodwill standards of quality and value of the product which may include researching the item’s value on the internet or utilizing other company tools and standards.
* Provide excellent customer service to fellow staff and customers; answer product questions as needed.
* Follow all retail center policies and procedures.
* Follow all safety processes and procedures to help provide a safe working environment ...
