Associate Underwriter

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Associate Underwriter is responsible for supporting the underwriting process for New and Renewal Customers for commercial liability insurance coverages.This position is also accountable for collaborating with Operations and Underwriting Team members to achieve growth, profit, renewal retention, service and producer/client management goals for an assigned book of business.

In partnership with the Underwriter, the Associate Underwriter will be assisting with binding/issuance of New and Renewal business, post bind transactions and appropriate documentation of the file.
