Job Responsibilities:


* Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions.


* Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and other stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.


* Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


* Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.


* Drive the integration of new technologies and processes, ensuring seamless implementation and alignment with existing systems and practices.


* Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:


* 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization.


* Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including agile and waterfall methodologies, and the ability to apply them effectively in project management.


* Experience with cloud technologies and platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, to support cloud-based project initiatives.
