Concierge - AdamsPlace Independent Living (Part-Time/PRN) - NOTE: THIS IS A WEEKLY SATURDAY/SUNDAY 8-4 SHIFT with occasional opportunity to pick up additional shifts

Adams Place Independent Living is seeking a friendly, professional Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and families.

This role provides courteous assistance and supports daily office operations.

What You'll Do:


* Greet and assist visitors and residents with a positive attitude


* Answer and route phone calls; take and deliver messages


* Assist with office projects as needed (i.e.

filing, organizing, etc.)


* Assemble admission packets; receipt payments and manage petty cash


* Sort and distribute mail; file and organize documents


* Assist in weekend activities as needed


* Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies

What We're Looking For:


* High school diploma or equivalent


* Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with accuracy


* Pleasant, professional demeanor and clear communication skills


* Ability to sit for extended periods and handle clerical tasks efficiently
