Finance Manager

We are seeking a commercially astute Finance Manager to partner with operational leaders across a designated region.

This strategic role is responsible for delivering financial insight, driving performance, and ensuring financial integrity across multi-site operations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering: Act as the primary finance contact for state-level operations, providing strategic financial guidance.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budget planning and rolling forecasts in collaboration with operational teams.

Reporting & Analysis: Deliver monthly P&L analysis, performance dashboards, and KPI reporting tailored to regional goals.

Financial Modelling: Conduct scenario analysis and business case development to support investment decisions.

Month-End & Compliance: Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, and audit processes in line with SOX and AIFRS standards.

Process Improvement: Champion continuous improvement in financial systems, controls, and reporting.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior finance professionals and contribute to a high-performance culture.

Qualifications & Experience



* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.


* CA or CPA qualified.


* 3-5 years' experience in commercial finance or business partnering, ideally in logistics or multi-site environments.


* Have a strong understanding of AIFRS and SOX compliance.


* Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; Oracle experience preferred.


* The proven ability to influence and communicate with senior stakeholders.


* Be a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.


* Have the ability to simplify complex financial data for operational audiences.


* Show a high attention to detail and accuracy.


* Have a proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.


* 4- 5 years of experience with strong leadership and team development skills.


* Be resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
