A fantastic opportunity for a Meetings & Events Coordinator to join us at Kimpton Clocktower on a Full-Time contract!

You will earn £27,911.00 salary, plus a 10% half-yearly bonus of annual base salary.

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Meetings & Events Coordinator to join our Events & Reservations team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for converting and maximising hotel and event enquiries, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients from initial contact to event execution.

You’ll build strong relationships with clients through regular communication, actively seek feedback and sales leads, and manage bookings using our in-house system — including creating confirmations and detailed function sheets.

If you have experience in Reservations, Groups, or Meetings & Events in a hotel or destination venue in a similar role or Event management — this could be the perfect next step in your career.

To succeed as a Meetings & Events Coordinator, you will:


* Manage and convert enquiries to maximise sales, occupancy, and revenue — including up-selling food & beverage and other hotel services.


* Accurately input all enquiries into our Sales and Catering system and maintain up-to-date records.


* Compile and distribute detailed function sheets, and collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure smooth event delivery.


* Liaise with clients to gather accurate event details and identify how the hotel can best meet their needs.
