Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Position Purpose: The National Sales Director will be responsible for leading and managing all Acuvue online and offline sales efforts, ensuring the achievement of sales objectives.
This role is crucial for driving business growth and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all sales channels.
The National Sales Director will develop and implement sustainable growth strategies for continued market leadership and delivery of financial commitments.
Key Responsibility Areas:
* Lead all Acuvue online and offline sales and channel marketing activities to achieve business objectives while adhering to company policies and departmental budgets.
* Directly contribute to the development of business and functional strategies, managing multiple teams of professionals.
* Oversee sales activities to ensure that both short and long-range sales volumes and projects are successfully achieved.
* Collaborate with product development teams to implement product modifications or improvements that align with customer needs and market demands.
* Provide insights into product development that anticipate customer needs and promote effective solution approaches.
* Oversee the development of sales processes and pricing models to enhance market competitiveness.
* Develop and implement short- and long-term sales and marketing plans across online and offline channels.
* Work with marketing teams to create compelling online product presentations, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies aimed at maximizing sales performance.
* Maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, logistics partners, and technology providers to ensure smooth operations and collaborative partnerships.
* Stay informed on industry standards, regulations, and best practices in sales and e-commerce to ensure compliance and implement innovative ideas.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly gain follower-ship among teams.
* Proven track record of successful recruitment and development of managers, fostering a strong leadership team.
* History of achieving sustained business growth, particularly in developed markets.
