We are searching for the best talent for Inter Regional Transport Excellence (IRTE) Co-Op to be in New Brunswick, NJ.
* The Co-op term is from January to July, 2026.
* Full time requirement (40 hours per week)
Purpose:
As member of the Inter-Regional Transport Excellence operations team, this Co Op will be supporting operational execution of inter-region transport lanes.
This includes lanes performance management (DC-to-DC), transportation operations improvements and project management with freight forwarders, shipping sites and supply planning.
You will be responsible for:
The co-op program provides each student with real-life hands-on experience, coaching and mentoring, networking opportunities, as well as the opportunity to meet people from various schools throughout the country.

Cross-functional teamwork provides an opportunity to partner with a variety of people in the organization across all our sectors; Pharmaceutical and Medical Device.

Qualifications / Requirements:
* Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at accredited University is required.
* Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business (Management, Marketing, etc.), or related fields.
* Minimum GPA of 2.8 is required.
* Microsoft Excel proficiency is required.
* Experience with Power BI is preferred.
* Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills is required.
* Excellent communication, presentation skills and leadership skills are preferred.
