We're currently seeking an Industrial Maintenance Assistant to join our growing team.

This full-time, onsite position is based at our Clackamas location.

Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with flexibility required to support urgent business needs.

Hourly pay range: $20.00 - $23.00 (DOE)

About the position:

The Industrial Maintenance Helper plays a vital role in assisting with the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of production machinery and plant systems.

Under immediate supervision, performs semi-skilled work in connection with machine maintenance of a wide variety of machines and equipment, and performs general building and property maintenance.

Assists in Industrial Maintenance in all other duties.

What You'll Do:


* Assist maintenance technicians with routine maintenance and repairs of manufacturing equipment, including conveyors, motors, pumps, and production lines.


* Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning parts, changing filters, replacing belts, and lubricating machinery.


* Support installation and set-up of new machinery or equipment modifications.


* Organize tools, equipment, and materials to ensure technicians have everything needed for efficient repairs.


* Clean and maintain work areas, mechanical rooms, and maintenance shop to ensure safety and organization.
