Under the general direction of a Building Maintenance Supervisor, the Building Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of facilities through skilled maintenance in areas such as plumbing, carpentry, and painting.

This position involves repairing plumbing systems, drywall, locks, and roofs, as well as painting both interior and exterior surfaces to maintain the visual appeal and functionality of the buildings.

The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for safely operating equipment, driving to various work sites, and maintaining cleanliness upon task completion.

This position requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demands of our 24/7 operations.

Requires availability for emergency call-in.
