Key responsibilities/ Chức năng nhiệm vụ chính:

Warehousing and Distribution/ KHO VÀ PHÂN PHỐI Manage Warehouse 3PL and supervise J&J logistic team to perform all warehouse activities according to GSP standard which includes In-bound and Out-bound and all warehouse storage transactions at right cost: pick and pack, deliver the right product to the customer at the right time, to providing the best customer service in ordering/invoicing the right products for the customer.

Quản lý Kho của bộ phận cung ứng bên thứ ba (3PL) và giám sát đội hậu cần của J&J thực hiện tất cả các hoạt động kho hàng theo tiêu chuẩn GSP, bao gồm Nhập kho và Xuất kho và tất cả các giao dịch lưu kho với chi phí phù hợp: chọn và đóng gói, giao đúng sản phẩm cho khách hàng tại đúng lúc, để cung cấp dịch vụ khách hàng tốt nhất trong việc đặt hàng / xuất hóa đơn các sản phẩm phù hợp cho khách hàng.

Manage all end-to-end 3PLs transaction via SAP – IM and SAP WMS, ensuring all the transactions being performed in J&J process and compliance requirement.

To build 3PL capability by implementing J&J standard compliance requirement in EHS, GWP, Quality, QSCAN, Due diligent

Xây dựng năng lực của bộ phận cung ứng bên thứ ba (3PL) bằng cách thực hiện yêu cầu tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn J&J được xây dựng trong EHS, GWP, Quản lý chất lượng, QSCAN, Thẩm định

Monitoring the quality, quantity of the product and ensure all the SLOB, damaged products are controlled properly as planned, in term of both quantity and quality which meets with cost efficiency target.

Giám sát chất lượng, số lượng sản phẩm và đảm bảo kiểm soát được toàn bộ SLOB, sản phẩm hư hỏng theo kế hoạch, cả về số lượng và chất lượng đáp ứng mục tiêu tiết kiệm chi phí.
