Associate (Business Support)

Title: Associate (Business Support)

Location: GSC BOG

Provide services to our business partners from building, configuring business data and intelligence, providing standard as well as customized reporting, also providing administrative support to IT organization.

Key Responsibilities:


* Address and resolve DHL requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


* Provide support for track and trace activities, ensuring accurate and timely information is available to customers.

Contribute to performance reporting for the Customer Care Program in the US.


* Collaborate with Shipment Management and stations to follow up on missing data, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information.


* Cross-training within the team.

Skills / Requirements:


* Professionals/students in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or similar occupations.


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills & business skills in English and Spanish.

English Level: Medium


* MS Excel and other MS Office tools intermediate knowledge (data analysis)


* Customer service and communication skills.


* High Energy- Dynamism


* Teamwork and autonomy


* Adaptability.

Relevant information:


* Type of Contract: Indefinite - Directly with DHL Colombia.


* Performance bonus until 16% of base salary.
