* High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
* Minimum of two years of work experience; or 6 months continuous manufacturing experience.
* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications
* 1 years of lab experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent analytical skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work in a self-directed or team environment
* Strong organizational skills
* Must have a desire to learn and collaborative in a manufacturing environment
This off-shift position will be located in our Research and Development Operation.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Prepare samples of metallographic specimens.
* Examine the prepared mounts for Customer Monthly Audits, Customer Process Approvals, and Anomaly Characterization.
* Write reports of metallographic characterization.
