In this role, you will:
* Engage with product development project teams and specifically the product developer requester to understand learning gaps and design standard or customized studies to inform critical product development decisions.
* Build understanding of absorbent test methods.
Support test method development and validation work to develop new and improve existing methods
* Support approaches and coordinate testing to build new tools (e.g.
predictive models) to enable more efficient decisions
* Partner with the Lead and Senior Scientist for the mannequin/absorbent area.
Escalate needs.
* Partner with Consumer Testing team to ensure absorbent testing is consumer relevant.
* Lead urine, lab technicians to execute studies in a safe and effective manner. Partner with lab technical coordinators to effectively manage lab operations.
* Work within a broader team to develop methods to answer business unit absorbency needs
