JEWELRY/DC SEASONAL PRODUCTION SPECIALIST
Process merchandise to and from stores and vendors.

* HS diploma/GED plus two-three years jewelry experience; or combination of relevant education and experience.
* Minimum 18 years of age
* Ability to pass a drug test
* Ability to work weekends on an occasional basis
* Accuracy/attention to detail
* Ability to organize/prioritize variety of tasks/projects
* Familiarity with jewelry terms and processes
* 4,000 SPH ten-key by touch
* Valid driver's license
Desired
* Knowledge of Fred Meyer policies, procedures, and organizational structure
* Jewelry sales, receiving, and/or accounting experience
* 40 WPM typing
* Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
* Ability to operate the following special equipment, machinery, and/or special tools: tagging machine
* Proficient with jewelry system software
* Model "Customer 1st" behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service
* Distribute merchandise to stores via the jewelry system
* Tag jewelry merchandise
* Process merchandise returns from stores to vendors
* Prepare/receive merchandise shipments
* Process receivables; verify item, quantity, and cost of receivables against purchase orders and invoices
* Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
